• Public Sign up: The eConsent add-on and simple consent can now be used in combination within a study. Previously simple consent would not be accessible when eConsent was toggled on in the study.

• eConsent: Clicking "re-send" on a consent event, will now start a NEW signing process, to ensure updated subject attributes (e.g. phone number) is used in the signing process. • Export OTP view: The email text was shown as default, despite SMS being sent as default, resulting in slightly confusing language. Low impact and low risk, text changes.

• Public Sign Up: Fixed an issue where changing the process associated with a site, would invalidate the public sign up link. Now it ignores the process associated, making the link persistent. Low risk and low impact, as the implementation ensures existing links work as before.

• Site overview: The verification % would round up to 100% for verification % between 99.5-99.9. Will now round down to 99% to indicate there is still work to be done, and to be in line with the verification icons. Low risk and low impact as it restored expected system functionality

• Custom Collaborator Roles
  • Customize the existing roles, or create your own.
  • See all collaborators that are affected by any update to roles.
  • Re-assign collaborators to new roles, in case a role is deleted.
  • Opt-in to the new roles for existing ongoing studies. New studies will get roles view by default.
  • Existing permissions will be made into “Custom Roles” that can be renamed/edited.
  • Export both the roles and collaborators list directly to Excel.
  • Added new columns to collaborators: “Access removed”, “Role”, and “Site” for better overview.

Low risk and low impact: Risk is low as the new functionality does not affect existing collaborator permissions, and no permissions will be automatically updated. Must be done by someone with “Manage Collaborators”. The feature requires opt-in to receive the new functionality. Opting in, does not alter the permissions of any collaborator in any way. No permissions are automatically added or removed. All collaborator access remains as it was before opt-in. Find the release memo in our compliance depot
