Added
- Custom Collaborator Roles
- Customize the existing roles, or create your own.
- See all collaborators that are affected by any update to roles.
- Re-assign collaborators to new roles, in case a role is deleted.
- Opt-in to the new roles for existing ongoing studies. New studies will get roles view by default.
- Existing permissions will be made into “Custom Roles” that can be renamed/edited.
- Export both the roles and collaborators list directly to Excel.
- Added new columns to collaborators: “Access removed”, “Role”, and “Site” for better overview.

Low risk and low impact: Risk is low as the new functionality does not affect existing collaborator permissions, and no permissions will be automatically updated.
Must be done by someone with “Manage Collaborators”. The feature requires opt-in to receive the new functionality. Opting in, does not alter the permissions of any collaborator in any way. No permissions are automatically added or removed. All collaborator access remains as it was before opt-in. Find the release memo in our compliance depot
